Participation Detail
1. After receiving of pictures, we will insert the logo of Sairandhri on it.
2.Then we will post the picture (without detail) on facebook page of Sairandhri
We will ask everyone to like, comment and share the photos.
3.These activities will cover points accordingly: Like - 3, Comment - 5, Share - 10.
4.This point system will have a weightage of 70%.
5.30% will be decided on the basis of physic, IQ and personality, which will be judged by a panel of 3 judges.
6.Last date of entry submission will be 31st May 2018.
7.Points will be calculated for Likes, Comments and Shares received up to 15th June 2018.
8.Selected candidates will be informed by email and/or mobile.
9.Selected candidates will be called for personal interaction after 15th June 2018.
10.Results will be announced on 30th June 2018.
Terms and Conditions
By entering in the event, you hereby expressly agree to follow, respect and apply the rules and the regulations mentioned below:
1.This is an event in the name of 'Search of Sairandhri' through which Miss Sairandhri and Mrs. Sairandhri will be selected.
2. There will be a winner and two runner-ups in each category (Miss or Mrs.). The winner will receive a gift hamper of Rs.10000/- and runner-ups will receive a gift hamper of Rs. 5000/-, respectively.
3. There will be a special prize in each category in the name of 'Most Favoured Face of Social Media'. It will be decided purely on the basis of points earned by the participant..
4. Your application along with required picture and detail should be submitted before 31st May 2018..
5. Participant is required to submit minimum two colored full size photographs. There is no compulsion of submitting professional portfolio.
6. There will be a non-refundable entry fee of Rs. 500/-, which can be paid online at the time of submitting the application. It can also be paid at ‘Sairandhri’ showroom in person. There are no other charges during participation in the event.

8. There is no age barrier to participate in the event. If a participant is below 18 years, participation confirmation by her parents / guardian must be submitted along with application form.
9. Participant warrants that she has made all necessary disclosures and has answered all the questions on the application form completely, honestly, and accurately.
10. Participant also warrants that she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in the event.
11. If finalist is crowned but relinquishes the winning position for any reason, all prizes must be returned in FULL and in the condition received.
12. 12. The participant agrees that the judges’ decisions on all matters relating to the ‘Search of Sairandhri’ are final, absolute and binding.
13. The participant will not be permitted to drink alcoholic beverages, smoke or use foul language at any time during the event. The participant also agrees to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the program.
14. A participant or any individual related to the participant must not approach the organizers, judges or sponsors with the intent to influence or harass. Action of this type will be reported to the committee of the event.
15. The participant understands and hereby agrees that if she is crowned the winner, she will be required to sign a 6-months contract with the organizers of ‘Search of Sairandhri’ and she will be available for all the appearances at all scheduled events. She further understands that inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned. And her successor will take her place for the remainder of the contract. Furthermore, she shall be liable to pay for any loss or damage suffered to the organizers.
16. All pictures and videos taken during the event are the property of the organizers and by signing this entry form; you agree to release any right even in case of disqualification.
17. All pictures and videos taken by the participant during the event will only be used for the event purposes and will not be distributed to any third party.
18.By signing this entry form (written and/or electronically) with the organizers for ‘Search of Sairandhri’ event, you accept to apply and respect the rules and regulations of the entities. Any act considered fraudulent or detrimental to the event will result in legal actions.
19. All legal matters are subject to Indore, M.P. Jurisdiction.
20. On submiting Photographs, you consent to publish it on any social media platform.
